The shipping time frame includes the manufacturing time for any of our custom made products.

Customized and personalized orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time frame. If for some reason your order cannot be fulfilled due to extenuating circumstances, you will be contacted within 24 hours and notified of any delays.

Customers are able to return NEW UNOPENED items (with the tags attached and not removed to prevent return fraud) within 7 days of the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE:
On any returned and/or orders canceled after shipment of ANY kind,
there is a 20% restocking fee. If the return is made in person, the
restocking fee is reduced to 15%. We do not accept returns on
opened/de-tagged items, custom-made, or personalized (i.e. engraved) jewelry.
